Earn three educational awards during the recognition period and have them recorded in official reports.

Complete one full Pathways path during the recognition period and have it recorded in official reports.

Earn three or more Pathways awards during the recognition period and have them recorded in official reports.

District Conference only

DTM

The highest individual achievement in Toastmasters

To achieve DTM, a member must complete two unique learning paths; serve as a club officer for two six-month terms or one annual term; participate in the Club Success Plan and attend District-sponsored club officer training; serve a complete one-year term as a District leader; serve successfully as a club mentor or coach; serve successfully as a club sponsor or conduct a Speechcraft or Youth Leadership program; and complete the DTM project.

Celebrating members whose service, mentoring, and example made a meaningful difference.

All awards in this section are recognised only at the District Conference.

Remarkable Mentor

Recognises a member whose mentoring helped another member grow with clear and lasting impact.

Outstanding Member

Recognises a member whose service, attitude, and contribution stood out throughout the year.

Toastmaster of the Year

Recognises the member whose overall impact, leadership, and example were exceptional this year.

Remarkable Mentor, Outstanding Member, and Toastmaster of the Year are nomination-based awards. Help us recognise members whose impact may not always appear in reports by nominating someone who made a real difference this year.

Club Support

Recognising members who strengthen clubs and supporting club growth.

Recognised at the District Conference. Eligible achievements completed later in the Toastmasters year may be recognised at the next district event.

Coach

Recognises a member who successfully supports a struggling club toward renewed strength and success.

Sponsor

Recognises a member who helps build and charter a new Toastmasters club.

Mentor

Recognises a member who guides a newly chartered club in its early growth and development.

Ambassador

Recognises a member who makes a special contribution to club growth and district support.
