๐Ÿ”น Club Officer Training (COT)

Club Officer Training (COT) is essential to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to support club success and member growth. Each Toastmasters year includes two official COT rounds, and clubs must meet specific criteria in each round to earn Distinguished Club Program (DCP) credit.

๐Ÿ“… Training Window: 1 June โ€“ 25 August 2025

๐Ÿงพ Credit Deadline: 25 August 2025 (Internal District Deadline)

๐ŸŽฏ Purpose: Equip new officers early in their term and prepare for a strong start to the year.

๐Ÿ—“ Round 2

๐Ÿ“… Training Window: 1 November 2025 โ€“ 28 February 2026

๐Ÿงพ Credit Deadline: 25 February 2026 (Internal District Deadline)

๐ŸŽฏ Purpose: Evaluate mid-year progress, strengthen leadership skills, and refocus on club goals.

โœ… Requirements to Earn DCP Credit

โ—A minimum of 4 club officers must attend a training session in each round to earn one DCP point per round.

โ—Officers must attend during the official training window.

โ—Attendance at another district's COT may count if approved by District 110 (proof of attendance must be sent to your Area Director).

โ—Training sessions must be recognized by the District and attendance must be submitted through the official District 110 attendance form or your Area Director.

โ—COT Round 1 Deadline: 25 August 2025

โ—Training Format: In-person, hybrid, and online sessions available across the district and beyond.

Need more flexibility? You can attend COTs hosted by other Districts too!

๐Ÿ“Œ How to Get Credit:

  1. Officers must attend an official COT session within the approved training window.
  2. Attendance is submitted by the hosting team or via your Area Director.
  3. Officers may also attend sessions hosted by other Districts (check eligibility first).

๐Ÿ’ฅ Elite 8 Challenge (New Initiative!)

What is it?

An exciting new recognition program introduced by our PQD, Karolรญna ล ulcovรก, DTM.

Clubs that go beyond the basics and train:

  • โœ…All 7 Club Officers
  • โž•1 additional member (a future leader, club coach, or mentor)

...will join the Elite 8!

DOT is designed for Area Directors, Division Directors, and Core Team leaders, ensuring alignment, strategic focus, and leadership development.
